1942/1 Mercury Dime Overdate
One of only two confirmed overdates in the Mercury Dime series. A 1942 die was punched over a previously dated 1941 die, leaving clear traces of the underlying date visible under magnification.
1982 No-P Roosevelt Dime
The Philadelphia Mint began adding the P mint mark to dimes in 1980. In 1982, some dies were produced without the mint mark, creating this popular error. It was the first missing mint mark error discovered on a US coin since the P was added.
1946-S/D Roosevelt Dime Overmintmark
An overmintmark variety from the first year of the Roosevelt Dime series (1946). An S mint mark was punched over a D, indicating this die was originally prepared for Denver but redirected to San Francisco.
